Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C fan forced. Cut pastry in half, score 1cm boarder around outer edge of pastry. Place onto baking tray.
2. Arrange nectarines over puff pastry, sprinkle heavily with icing sugar. Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until golden and puffed.
3. Dust with icing sugar and serve with vanilla ice cream.
