Method:
1. Cook pasta following packet directions.
2. Meanwhile, place bacon in a cold medium frying pan. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes until crisp. Use a fork to whisk eggs in a small bowl until combined.
3. Drain pasta and return to saucepan. Add the eggs and toss off the heat until eggs begin to set. Add bacon, chives, parsley and season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Serve.
