Method:
1 Heat a wok over high heat until hot. Add vegetable oil, onion, garlic, chilli, ginger
and lemongrass and stir-fry 1 minute until aromatic. Add the capsicum, choy sum, peas and mung beans. Stir-fry 1 minute. Add fish sauce and oyster sauce stir-fry 30 seconds until heated through. Serve.
