Method:
1 Combine the prawns, 1 tbs oil, garlic, chilli and coriander in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
2 Preheat a char-grill pan on medium-high until hot. Add the prawns, cook 4-5 minutes, turning or until just cooked through.
3 Steam, boil or microwave choy sum until tender. Serve prawns with the choy sum.
