Method:
1 Heat a char-grill pan over high heat, drizzle bread with olive oil, cook both sides until toasted.
2 Combine the tomato, chives and avocado in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Squeeze over lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil, toss gently to combine.
3 Spread toasted bread with goats cheese, top with the tomato mixture. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with dill sprigs. Serve.
