Method:
1 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, chilli and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes or until soft. Add green beans, canned tomatoes and muscatels. Cook over a medium-low heat for 10 minutes or until beans soften.
2 Spoon braised green beans on a plate, sprinkle with parsley, season with salt and pepper. Serve.
