Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 220°C fan forced. Place the tomatoes onto a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Roast for 6-8 minutes or until blistered.
2 Wrap each kingfish fillet in bacon, secure with a toothpicks. Place on a baking tray and bake under the tomatoes for 6-8 minutes or until cooked through.
3 Process the cannellini beans and cream in a food processor until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
4 Spoon white bean puree on a serving plate, top with the fish sprinkle with basil leaves and serve with roasted tomatoes.
