Method:
1 Combine rump, oyster sauce and hoisin sauce in a small bowl.
2 Heat 2 tbs oil in a frying pan over high heat.  Add beef and stir-fry for 1 minute until seared. Add capsicum and red onion and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until tender. 
3 Blanch lasagna strips in a saucepan of boiling salted water until al dente. Place onto a plate, top with stir fried beef. Serve with lime wedge if desired.
