Method:
1 Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the fish skin side down and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until just cooked through.
2 Combine the red onion, tomato, fig, coriander and lime in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and white vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
3 Place the fish onto a serving plate, top with the salsa and dill, serve.
