Method:
1 Place slices of prosciutto on a board, top each slice with a mozzarella ball, sage leaf and one tomato slice. Roll up to secure.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, cook prosciutto wrapped  bocconcini
 for 3 minutes, turning until crispy.
3 To serve, place remaining tomato slices on a plate and top with the prosciutto rolls, scatter with the basil leaves and drizzle over olive oil and balsamic.
