Method:
1 Place the asparagus and 1 tbs water on a microwave-safe plate. Cover and microwave on High/100% for 2 minutes or until tender, drain. Set aside to cool slightly.
2 Process the asparagus, milk and mascarpone until smooth, season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until chilled.
3 Pour soup into glasses, drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with dill if desired. Serve.
