Method:
1 Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Sauté onions, garlic and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes until onion is soft. Add white wine, simmer 5 minutes until reduced by one-third.
2 Stir in the cream, simmer further 5 minutes until reduced slightly.
3 Cook gnocchi following packet directions. Drain gnocchi and add to the mushroom sauce with herbs, toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
