Method:
1 Heat a char-grill pan over a medium heat. Drizzle the lamb, haloumi and onion with oil and season with salt and pepper. Char-grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking
2 Pile the onion rings onto a plate, top with haloumi, lamb and preserved lemon. Sprinkle with parsley and drizzle with olive oil. Serve.
