Method:
1 Preheat oven 200°C fan forced.
2 Heat a char-grill pan over medium-high heat, brush both sides steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Char-grill for 2 minutes on each side until seared, transfer to the oven and roast for 5-6 minutes for medium rare or until cooked to your liking,
3 Boil, steam or microwave green beans until tender.
4 For red wine sauce, heat, red wine in a small frying pan over medium heat until reduce by two-thirds. Add butter and swirl to combine, remove from stove when butter has melted and sauce is smooth.
5 Place steak and green beans on a serving plate, pour over red wine sauce. Serve.
