Method:
1 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add bacon, mushrooms, onion and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes or until onion softens slightly.
2 Add rump steak, increase heat to high and cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned.  Add red wine, reduce, cook 1-2 minute or until reduced by half.  Add beef stock and carrots, cook for 4-5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.
3 Season with salt and pepper, stir in parsley and serve.
