Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C fan forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2 Cut two rounds from each piece pastry, lay apple slices over 1 half of each pastry round, top with a few frozen berries and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, leaving a 1cm border. Fold pastry over filling to enclose. Using a fork, press edges to seal. Place turnovers on prepared trays. Brush with egg. Bake for 10 minutes or until pastry is puffed until golden. Stand 5 minutes. Serve
