Method:
1 Preheat oven 200°C fan-forced.
2 Cut two rectangles from the lasagna sheets, blanch in a saucepan of boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes until almost tender. Remove to a plate.
3 On a lined baking tray lay 1 piece lasagna, top with prawns, spinach and ricotta and remaining lasagna sheet. Brush with olive oil, bake for 8-12 minutes or until cooked through. 
4 Transfer to a plate, top with dill, serve
