Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C fan forced.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the mince and chilli and cook, stirring for 4-5 minutes or until browned all over, season with salt and pepper.
3 Cut an incision into the side of the pita pocket and spoon cheese into cover the base, top with the cooked mince, drizzle the top with olive oil and bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
4 Cut into quarters to serve
