Method:
1 Heat oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add onion and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes or until onion softens a little.  Add frozen peas and spinach and cook for 3-4 minutes or until peas soften.
2 Cook pasta following packet directions until al dente. Drain and return to the pan. Add the pea mixture and toss to combine. Pile into a bowl, top with brie, serve.
