Method:
1 Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2 Place peanut butter, sugar, egg and flour into a mixing bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until mixture thickens. Stir in chopped white chocolate.
3 Roll mixture into balls. Place on baking trays, allowing room for spreading. Flatten slightly with fingertips. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until light golden. Cool on tray for 5 minutes.
4 Drizzle with extra melted chocolate and serve
