Method:
1 Flatten the veal between sheets of cling film with a meat mallet.
2 Combine the flours on a large plate and season with salt and pepper. Lightly beat the egg in a small bowl. Spread the breadcrumbs onto a large plate.
3 Coat the veal in flour, then dip into the egg and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
4 Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, fry the schnitzel for 2 minutes each side or until golden. Season with salt and pepper and serve with lemon
