Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C fan forced. Line one-third cup capacity muffin holes with paper cases.
2 Using electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until pale. Add the eggs one at a time and beat until well combined. Stir in the sour cream. Fold in the flour and baking powder, mix until the batter is smooth.
3 Dived the mixture between each case, press a small piece of Turkish delight into each cupcake. Bake for 15 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
4 Serve with a dusting of icing sugar
