Method:
1 Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat add onion, garlic and bacon and cook for 2-3 minutes or until onion softens.
2 Add chicken and cook for 4 minutes or until cooked through. Add spinach and cook 1-2 minutes until spinach wilts.
3 Cook pasta following packet directions.  Drain and add to chicken mixture, season with salt and pepper and toss to combine.  Spoon into a bowl, top with fontina, basil and parsley. Serve
