Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C fan forced.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, cook onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes until softened. Add the sausages and cook 4-5 minutes or until browned, add the beef stock, tomatoes and cannellini beans, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until thickened.
3 Transfer the sausage mixture to an oven proof dish, scatter with breadcrumbs, parsley and parmesan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden
