Method:
1 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked through.
2 Combine papaya, snow peas and red onion in a bowl. Whisk together laksa paste, lime juice, 2 tbs olive oil and salt and pepper and pour over papaya salad.
3 Arrange papaya salad on a plate, top with prawns, tomato and coriander, serve with lime wedge

80g snow peas, trimmed, shredded
