Method:
1 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add garlic and onion and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until soft. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, beans, spices and stock, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until thickened.
2 Heat a char-grill pan over medium heat, drizzle oil over both sides of the lamb and cook for 3 minutes each side for medium or until your liking, place on a chopping board to rest for 5 minutes then slice.
3 Spoon white bean provencal onto a serving plate and top with the sliced lamb to serve.
