Method:
1 Place the carrots in a small bowl, cover and microwave for 2 minutes on High/100%  or until tender, drain.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the orka, garlic and onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes, add tomatoes, spices and carrot, and simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, season with salt and pepper.
3 Heat a char grill pan over a high heat, drizzle both sides of the steak with olive oil, cook for 3 minutes on each side for medium or until cooked to your liking, transfer to a chopping board and rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
4 Spoon spiced carrot and okra onto a serving plate and top with the sliced beef and parsley leaves to serve.
