Method:
1 Place the sweet potato in a bowl, cover with a little water, microwave for 5 minutes on High/100% or until tender, drain. Add butter and mash until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
2 Heat a char-grill pan over a medium-high heat, drizzle both sides steak with oil and cook, for 3 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking.
3 Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, add the spinach and toss for 1 minute or until almost wilted, season with salt and pepper.
4 Plate the steak, top with the spinach serve with the mash.
