Method:
1 Thread chicken and lemon wedges onto the bay leaf stems, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
2 Heat a char-grill pan over a medium heat, cook skewers for 3-4 minutes each side or until chicken is cooked through.
3 Combine avocado, tomato, garlic, chilli and red onion in a bowl, season with salt, pepper and drizzle with lime juice.
4 Spoon the salsa onto a serving plate and top with the skewers.
