Method:
1 Combine the garlic, onion, chilli, tomatoes, tuna, parsley, egg yolk and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well to combine. Rolls the mixture into patties.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the fish cakes and flatten slightly with fingertips, cook for 2 minutes each side or until golden and warmed through.
3 Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, coriander and lime juice in a bowl, season to taste.
4 Arrange the fish cakes on a plate, top with a spoonful of dressing. Serve.
