Method:
1 Preheat oven 200°C fan-forced.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add silverbeet and cook for 2-3 minutes or until spinach wilts.  Combine the cream and egg yolks and stir into the spinach. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
3 Transfer to an ovenproof dish, top with breadcrumbs and place in oven for 5 minutes or until golden on top.  Serve
