Method:
1 Heat a char-grill pan over medium heat, brush both sides of bread with oil, cook for 3 minutes each side or until toasted.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook mushroom, garlic, onion and chilli for 2-3 minutes or until softened. Transfer to a food processor and process until smooth. Taste and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Stir in yoghurt and parsley.
3 Spoon the mushroom dip into a bowl, drizzle with oil and serve with crostini
