Method:
1 Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, sauté the onion and sweet potato, 3-4 minutes or until tender, season with salt and pepper.
2 Heat an oiled wok over a high heat, stir-fry pork for 2-3 minutes or until seared all over. Add onion and sweet potato and toss to combine. Add asparagus and broccolini, stir-fry for a further minute and drizzle with sesame oil.
3 Spoon the stir-fry into a serving bowl and sprinkle over sesame seeds to serve
