Method:
1 Heat oil in a wok over high heat, stir fry the chicken for 5-6 minutes to brown and cook all over, add the chilli, lime juice, brown sugar and fish sauce, cook for another minute.
2 Place the noodles in a bowl and pour over boiling water, soak for 1-2 minutes, drain, add to the wok and stir fry for 30-40 seconds.
3 Arrange in a bowl to serve
