Method:
1 Place walnuts in a frying pan over medium heat, toss for 2-3 minutes or until lightly toasted.
2 Combine walnuts, cheese, dill and pear in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season to taste and toss gently to combine. Serve
