Method:
1 Combine onion, garlic, beef mince, egg yolk, parsley and coriander in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.  Roll the mince into balls and place on a tray.
2 Heat 2 tbs oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, add meatballs cook for 3-4 minutes or until browned all over. Add canned tomatoes and cook for a further 4-5 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
3 Place chickpeas in a shallow bowl, top with meatballs and spoon over sauce to serve
