Method:
1 Heat oil in a wok over medium heat, add the onions, capsicum and chilli and stir-fry for 1 minute, add the XO sauce, noodles and stock and stir-fry for 1 minute. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes or until noodles are warmed through.
2 Remove from the heat, stir in the crab and serve immediately
