Method:
1 Heat a char-grill pan over medium heat, drizzle the steak with oil and season with salt and pepper, char-grill for 3-4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking, transfer steak to a plate and rest for 4 minutes, then thinly slice.
2 Add the wine to the hot pan to deglaze, then add stock, season with salt and pepper and bring to the boil. Add the grapes cook for 1 minute then remove from the heat.
3 Plate the steak, spoon over the sauce, sprinkle with parsley if desired to serve.
