Method:
1 Heat a char-grill pan over medium heat, drizzle the steak with oil and season with salt and pepper, char-grill for 3-4 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking, transfer steak to a plate and rest for 4 minutes, then thinly slice.
2 Blanch, steam or microwave the cauliflower until just tender, drain.
3 Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add cauliflower, season with salt and pepper and cook, tossing for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl, add the spinach and red onion. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss to combine.
4 Serve char-grilled steak with cauliflower and spinach salad
