Method:
1 Heat a char-grill pan over medium heat, brush both sides of the haloumi with oil. Char-grill haloumi, for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden and warmed through.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add sultanas, pepper, and vinegar, bring to simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes or until reduced by half.
3 Place haloumi on a plate, spoon over balsamic reduction and top with rocket. Serve.
