Method:
1 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the mince, paprika, sesame seeds and coriander, cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring until browned all over. Stir in the black bean sauce, oyster sauce and sweet chilli.
2 Heat oil in a wok over medium heat, add the egg  and sesame oil and swirl to form an omelette, cook 1-2 minutes until set. Slide from pan onto a plate, top with the mince, bean sprouts , green onion and dill. Season with salt and pepper
