Method:
1 Soak the bread in water for 2 minutes, drain then squeeze out all remaining liquid. Place the bread into a bowl.
2 Add the pork mince, parsley, egg and fine breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper. Roll into balls.
3 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook the meat balls for 5-8 minutes turning to brown all over.
4 Combine the greek yoghurt, honey and green onions and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the meatballs.
