Method:
1 Combine chilli, lemon juice, tomato sauce, barbeque sauce, paprika and 1 tbs olive oil in a small bowl. Spoon over the steak, turn to coat both sides. Cover and allow to marinade up to 30 minutes if time permits.  Remove steak from marinade and reserve marinade.
2 Heat a char-grill pan over medium heat, add steak and grill for 4-5 minutes each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. 
3 In the same char-grill pan add tomatoes and onion, drizzle with oil and cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until tender and charred. 
4 Place the reserved marinade into a saucepan over high heat and bring to the boil for 3 minutes.
4 Place steak on a plate, top with tomatoes and onions and spoon over a little of the cooked marinade. Top with crème fraiche , serve.
