Method:
1 Place the vermicelli noodles in bowl and cover with boiling water, stand for 5 minutes then drain.
2 Heat oil in a wok over a medium heat, add the laksa paste and cook for a 1-2 minutes until aromatic. Add the chicken stock and coconut cream, choy sum and lime juice, simmer for 3-5 minutes or until choy sum is tender.
3 Add the noodles and prawns to the laksa and simmer for a further 2-3 minutes or until the prawns are cooked through. Serve topped with coriander and lime wedges.
