Method:
1 Arrange the artichokes on a serving plate.
2 Mash the avocado, sour cream and chilli in a bowl until smooth, squeeze over the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper stir to combine.
3 Spoon the avocado into the artichoke hearts sprinkle with parsley to serve.
