Method:
1 Combine the mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, anchovy oil, and coriander in a bowl. Stir to combine. Spoon mixture into a piping bag.
2 Place sliced beef between two sheets of plastic wrap. Use flat-side of a mallet to flatten to 2mm thick slices.
3 Lay slices of beef on a plate, pipe over mayonnaise mixture, top with capers and dill. Serve.

Note drain 2 tsp of the oil from the jar or anchovies.
