Method:
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C fan forced.
2 Lightly grease a 20cm base fluted flan pan Use the pastry to line the base and sides of the pan. Bake blind for 10-15 minutes or until the pastry is light golden.
3 Process the butter, eggs, sugar and almonds until smooth, pour into the pastry case, arrange the figs on top and bake a further 6-8 minutes or until set.
4 Soften the honey in a small bowl in the microwave for 20 seconds. Brush the tart with honey to glaze just before serving
