Method:
1 Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat cook the onion and garlic for 1 minute until soft, add the veal and mushrooms and sauté until soft.
2 Stir in the tomato paste, combine the sour cream and boiling water and stir through the stroganoff at the last minute.
3 Season with salt and pepper, serve sprinkled with parsley
