Method:
1 Preheat oven 200°C fan-forced.
2 Lay the puff pastry on a lined baking tray. Top with sliced haloumi, then asparagus leaving a 2-3cm border. Place in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until pastry becomes crisp and golden.
3 Combine watercress, tomato, oil and salt and pepper in a bowl.
4 Place tart on a plate and top with watercress salad to serve
