Method:
1 Combine pumpkin, onion, haloumi, flour, egg and oregano in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, stir to combine.
2 Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, drop tablespoons of mixture into the pan to form patties, cook, for 3-4 minutes each side until golden and cooked through.
3 Arrange fritters on a plate, top with basil, season with salt and pepper, serve.
